Important information for booking your hunting trip with Bent Arrow
Outfitters for Black Bear, Moose, Elk, Whitetail Deer and/or Mule
Deer in Alberta Canada

Cost of Hunt Includes
- hunting license, tags, and wildlife
certificate
- license allocation fees
- bowhunting permit (if required)
- hotel shuttle pickup at Edmonton
International Airport
- pre and post hunt ground transportation
to and from hunting area
- Hunters will be picked at their
hotel prior to the hunt and returned to the hotel at the end of
the hunt
- transportation during hunt
- meals and accommodations during
hunt
- field dressing, skinning, and caping
of trophy
- pre purchasing of licenses and permits
Cost of Hunt Does
Not Include
- airfare
- shipping, crating, or handling
of trophy
- taxidermy - this is available locally
if hunter wishes
- butchering services, cutting, wrapping,
freezing, export permits, packaging or transportation of meat
- alcohol or carbonated beverages
- arrival and departure accommodations
- transportation to airport for departure
- costs related to early departure
from camp
Terms of Booking Hunt
- 50% deposit required to book hunt
(personal cheque accepted)
- all deposits are nonrefundable,
but may be transferred to another hunter in the same year up to
thirty (30) days before the hunt start date
- contracts will be issued on receipt
of deposit
- signed, witnessed, and dated Release
and Waiver of Liability Indemnity Agreement
- final payment due and payable in
full 60 days prior to hunt start date and is non-refundable. Payment
must be made by certified cheque or money order, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- all hunt costs are in U.S. Funds
- total cost of hunts are fixed.
There will be no refunds, even if the hunter tags out early or
leaves for any reason
- monies paid will be refunded if
for some reason Bent Arrow Outfitters must cancel the hunt
Miscellaneous:
- all hunts will be conducted according
to the Code of Ethics of the Alberta Professional Outfitters Society
- all hunters will agree to follow
and adhere to all rules as set out in the Alberta Wildlife Act,
as well as any stated rules or procedures within Bent Arrow Outfitters
hunting / guiding operation
- a suggested gear list is available
after confirmation of booking.
- Unless stated otherwise, all hunts
are six (6) days duration
- Hunters will be limited to the amount
of alcoholic beverages they may bring into camp. Any hunter found
consuming alcohol during the hunt hours will have their hunt terminated
immediately with no refund and will be returned to Edmonton.
- Hunters guarantee by execution of
the hunt contract that they are eligable to hunt in Alberta and
do not have their hunting privileges under suspension in any other
jurisdiction
